Roxanne Case's practice involves workers' compensation defense, including the handling of all matters before the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission, as well as workers' compensation opinions, appellate work, and general insurance defense.
Roxanne has been selected to serve as a statewide mediator in a program administered by the Administrative Law Section of The Mississippi Bar and Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission. She also currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Workers' Compensation Section of The Mississippi Bar. She was named as a 2010, 2011 andf 2012 Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine, as well as selected for inclusion in the Mississippi Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" for 2011. Additionally, Roxanne was named among the Mississippi Business Journal's Top Ten for "Leaders in Law" Lawyer of the Year. Only 50 attorneys from the state of Mississippi were chosen to receive this honor.
She received her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mississippi State University in 1994. Following her undergraduate career, Roxanne attended Mississippi College School of Law as a Herrin-Hess Scholar for three years earning her J.D. in 1997.
