Our firm represents business interests and content creators alike in a broad range of intellectual property matters throughout the United States as well as Canada, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Japan and the People's Republic of China.  Our attorneys litigate cases involving copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret claims in a variety of industries, including retail sales, software, architecture and engineering. We regularly prosecute applications for copyright/trademark registration and patent protection on behalf of content creators, and successfully litigate ICANN proceedings and trademark disputes related to domain name registrations.
